Job Summary
McGill's Internships & Student Affairs Office (ISA) engages Field Supervisors to support and mentor Student Teachers in their development as future educators.
Field Supervisors will observe, assess, and evaluate Student Teachers' progressive development of Professional Competencies, providing both oral and written feedback.
As a representative of McGill University, Field Supervisors will serve as a liaison between McGill and host schools, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of school-based experience
Deep understanding of Quebec Education Program
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support
Ability to deliver quality, constructive feedback
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Available during entire duration of Field Experience/Internship
Exceptional professional judgment and ability to work independently
Substantial prior experience as a cooperating teacher
