Job Summary
Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes, maintaining data on Location Creation, Data Correction, transaction rescinds and System Security requests etc. in Workday.
Assist with data correction or escalate to Sr. Analyst/SME, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service, and manage semi-functional issues in Workday acting as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams.

Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in HR or client services
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Personnel Management
Previous experience in a Workday HR environment preferred
Knowledge of Case Management tool ServiceNow an added advantage
