Must-have
8+ years manufacturing or design experience
Expertise in composites fabrication processes
Autoclave processing and resin transfer molding
Design for manufacturability (DFM) frameworks
Scaling production from prototype to volume
Nice-to-have
Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement
Experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems
Ability to work in resource-constrained environments
Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills
Willingness to travel frequently over 25%
Key Requirements
Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
U.S. Person status required for security clearance
Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret clearance
