Job Summary
The Superintendent 3 will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity, responsible for managing the team, planning all construction sequencing and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
This position will be responsible for the following: Manages moderately complex stand-alone projects from start to finish, manages projects with multiple field supervisors, and may play a lead role in project pursuit process.
