Job Summary
This position combines the roles of Senior Counselor and Outdoor Adventure Program Director to lead activities and inspire confidence in over 400 youth.
The successful candidate must reside at 4-H Camp Owahta in McGraw, NY, from July 5 through August 14, 2026, including all overnight shifts.
Responsibilities include creating lesson plans for archery and survival skills while ensuring strict compliance with American Camp Association and state health regulations.
