Job Summary
The role provides customer facing support for new customer creation, product/service contract and order management, and forecast entry to shipments/returns support.
The position manages overall customer performance to forecast and proactively resolves any issues on customer orders and shipments before shipment.
The role requires regular interfacing with internal teams such as Forecast, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics and Export Compliance to ensure resolution and drive customer acceptance strategies on new devices.
