  • Play a key role in supporting learners’ journeys and creating real opportunities by helping young people achieve their potential and take their next steps into work, apprenticeships, or further education.
  • Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills, and build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities.
