Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills, and build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities.

Base: £26,000–£30,000 FTE (pro-rata); Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 25 days holiday increasing to 30, buy & sell annual leave, extra week for exercise, paid mileage, EAP, long service awards, lottery, PRIDE celebrations, early finish Fridays, Christmas savings club, eyecare reimbursement, Cycle to Work Scheme, Electric Car Scheme (after 5 years), Critical Illness Cover (after 5 years), corporate events
