Job Summary
Clinical pharmacists are responsible for optimizing pharmacotherapy regimens, ensuring safe patient care practices, and advocating for evidence-based medicine within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
They will conduct daily medication therapy reviews, consults, and other clinical services for patients within designated area(s) of responsibility or targeted populations served such as med-surg, telemetry, oncology, pediatrics, critical care, or emergency medicine.

Key Requirements
Pharmacy degree (BS or Pharm.D.)
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years hospital experience
Licensed, or eligible for licensure, pharmacist in Iowa
BLS certification within 3 months of hire
ACLS and/or PALS certification within 3 months of hire
