Job Summary
Take ownership of assigned cases, driving and delivering high-quality service resolution and providing timely onsite support to address service repair issues at customer sites.
Perform assembly, disassembly, and repair work on analytical laboratory instruments and equipment, utilizing test equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
Actively contribute to the Service Knowledge Base and support increased utilization of the knowledge management database, recommending methods to improve field service efficiency.

Onsite service repair
Instrument assembly and disassembly
Troubleshoot and repair instruments
Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) level repair
Preventive maintenance and calibration
Customer-facing communication skills
Nice-to-have
Improve field service efficiency
Contribute to knowledge base
Familiarity with microfluidic systems
Experience with optical systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering / Technology (or equivalent)
Multi-year experience with service and repair of analytical laboratory instruments
Fluent Japanese and English language skills
Ability to travel at least 65% of the time within the APAC region
