Must-have

  • Secret clearance within last 5 years
  • 10+ years applicable experience required
  • 3+ years program management on development programs

Nice-to-have

  • Construction or facilities infrastructure experience
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • Experience with prime contractor site leads
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse organizations

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 years experience or Master's with 8 years
  • Active DoD Secret clearance completed within last 5 years
  • Experience leading people and managing cost/schedule/technical performance
