Lead a team of TR&A engineers to fulfill data requirements for ground and flight test execution, collaborating with Flight Test Operations, Instrumentation, and design engineers.
Develop and execute project and process plans, acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements while maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.
This leadership role involves strategic planning, program management best practices (cost, schedule, EVM), proposal support, and employee development through coaching and mentoring.
