Job Summary

  • The Manager will join us to perform key privacy compliance activities on the second line of defense and will help manage privacy risk.
  • The Compliance Privacy Manager performs a key risk management role to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state Privacy laws and regulations and a growing portfolio of international Privacy laws and regulations.
  • This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of privacy, compliance, risk management, legal or audit experience
  • Juris Doctor or Master’s degree
  • 6+ years of privacy, compliance, risk management, legal or audit experience at a financial institution
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Risk Professional (CRP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
