Must-have

  • 7+ years Systems administration or engineering lead experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux/Windows/UNIX in high availability environments
  • Experience with Cloud IaaS/PaaS design and implementation
  • Proficiency in ITSM process-based practice and ITIL best practices
  • Expertise in monitoring, alerting, reporting, and trending enterprise systems

Key Requirements
