Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires maintaining orderly and clean resident rooms, transporting residents, and ensuring safety protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens are followed.
