Key Requirements
Some years UX research experience
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
MA/MS or PhD in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields
Familiarity with Figma, UserZoom, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Enjoy HQ
Experience in financial services or large corporate environment
