Salary

Base: $149,800 - $171,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive health and financial benefits

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
  • At least 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Experience leading design projects or teams
  • Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
  • Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
  • No sponsorship for employment authorization
