The CRM Administrator provides leadership and oversight of the Admissions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently Technolutions’ Slate Admissions and Enrollment.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and system problems, participating in vendor software evaluations, and coordinating system updates.
The administrator assists the Director of Admissions in developing and implementing plans and initiatives to recruit the student body and administers undergraduate admission policy.
