Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is responsibility for end-to-end management and execution of projects with accountability for the success of the project including completing the project within budget and on time, meeting key performance objectives, managing issues to resolution, managing project and scope changes effectively, and ensuring that the work completed adheres to all company and department standards.
  • Owns department processes required for successful project delivery and continuous project management methodology, demand management, resource planning, issues management, escalations, etc.

Salary

Base: $108,750 - $159,500; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours holidays, paid time off

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in information technology
  • Minimum 2-3 years IT project management capacity
  • PMI Certification preferred
  • Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management required (e.g., PMI Certified)
