This is a great first step into road / civil construction – a hands‑on, outdoor role where you’ll be on the road with a tight‑knit crew and see the results of your work every day.
You’ll learn to operate core machinery such as rollers and water carts, use basic hand tools, and help with physical tasks like raking, shovelling and levelling.
