Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • This role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while maintaining a calm and positive environment.
