Job Summary
Manage inventory, control of all equipment and china required for events and restaurants in conjunction with the Pastry Chef.
Prepare and order all items for all menus, creates order sheets and inventory systems to always ensure proper stock levels.
Attend BEO meetings, in absence of pastry chef communicate information to pastry department, oversee pastry production flow and adjust in order to adhere to control procedures for cost and quality.
