JLL is seeking a Space Planner for a fixed-term role until December 31, 2026, to support their Occupancy Planning business. The position involves optimizing space allocations, managing data accuracy, and collaborating with various teams to ensure workplace standards are met. Ideal candidates should possess relevant space planning experience and strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • At a site or campus level, support the development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies that meet the Business needs for space and / or changes to space allocations.
  • Manage and maintain CAFM / IWMS data to ensure accuracy of reporting and compile a tactical view (e.g. 24 months) of the specific campus to support the business needs.
