Job Summary

  • The selected individual will provide leadership to implement, improve, and maintain ISO EN9100 certifications quality systems.
  • Responsibilities include acting as the primary resource for customer complaints, rejections, and requests for corrective action.
  • The role requires measuring and communicating critical performance metrics such as PPM, customer credits, and First Pass Yield.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Implement ISO EN9100 quality system
  • Lead root cause analysis and FMEA
  • Manage customer complaints and corrective actions
  • Ensure QC laboratory test accuracy
  • Execute internal audits and action plans

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Hands-on measurement equipment knowledge
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with NADCAP requirements

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing quality experience
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
  • Eligible to work in Morocco
