  • The Sr Sales Support Specialist provides guidance and support to sales with processing applications in compliance with Policies and Procedures and general workflow issues, tracking inquiries to identify training gaps.
  • This position is responsible for end-to-end assessments that identify operational and regulatory risks, operational process gaps, and assists in developing and maintaining Process, Policy and Procedures related to Sales Support functions.
