  • The CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience Lead serves as the primary field-based point of contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI® Treatment Centers, working to improve operational efficiencies and maximize patient access.
  • This role involves facilitating successful CARVYKTI® product utilization by advising treatment centers on order management, operations, logistics, and driving growth through promotional message delivery and site capacity expansion.
  • The CTEL will work closely with a matrix team including sales, order specialists, medical, field reimbursement, and supply chain to provide expert guidance and drive education engagements for CAR-T operations and logistics.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years healthcare industry experience
  • 5+ years Field Sales/Sales Leadership experience
  • Field based Large Account Management experience
  • Program administration experience (Oncology, BMT, CAR-T, Infusion Site, Cell & Gene Therapy)
  • RN license or Advanced Practice degree preferred
  • Up to 50% domestic travel
