  • Develop and lead the channel strategy, evaluating and defining the role of each channel within the commercial strategy considering profitability, coverage, growth, and customer experience.
  • Structure and monitor growth plans per channel with clear goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting performance, profitability, and ROI analyses per channel.
  • Act as an agent of digitalization for the commercial strategy, driving the use of data, digital tools, process automation, and new decision-making methods.
