Job Summary
You will support the day-to-day operations of the Laboratory Execution System (LES) used across Quality Control laboratories.
Manage the lifecycle of LES static data change requests, including ensuring the correct documentation is provided for the request, updating requirements and verifying that the request was configured correctly.

Key Requirements

Strong technical skills with databases and tools (SQL, advanced Excel)
Experience in ticket management, change control and end user support in a regulated setting
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
