  • Lead the P&L and growth of the extended online catalog through negotiation with key brands, Retail Media management, and hyperlocal inventory, pricing, and digital KPI optimization to maximize business profitability.
  • Design and execute the growth and profitability strategy (P&L) for the exclusive online catalog, leading high-level negotiations with top Health and Beauty brands to secure exclusivity and preferential conditions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to forecast demand and ensure hyperlocal supply in 21 cities, monitoring inventory health in real-time to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
