The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line.
Key Responsibilities include leading resourcing meetings, updating allocation tools, submitting CRERs, and proactively engaging with resources to understand their skills and aspirations.
The role involves managing both permanent and non-permanent employee processes, from CRER submission to offboarding, and reviewing resource capacity across all clients.
