DXC Technology is seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Specialist to implement and optimize Workday's Time Tracking and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Workday's framework, alongside excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization.
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO.
