Key Requirements
B. Sc or M. Sc in Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Five or more years of production management experience
Knowledge of lean production, production planning, capacity management, workflow optimization and quality management
Experience in assembly process of complex electro-mechanical products
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Estonian
