• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 5 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, or Audit

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate degree
• 6+ years experience at a financial institution
• 6+ years of people management experience
• Consumer regulations and related business processes knowledge
• Compliance related certifications
