Job Summary

  • Your mission is to take a leading role in the analysis and implementation of business driven changes in the financial accounting systems and processes used by the Accounting teams of ING Belgium.
  • You will collect and understand business needs, translate them into documented use cases with detailed business and data requirements, and make the bridge with Tech by translating these into functional analysis and data flow designs.
  • As a Customer Journey Expert you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, become part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in trainings, and evolve to a specialized role or a product owner.
