This role will be responsible for managing compliance and relationships of executed agreements between Ohio State and outside entities, equity received from licensing transactions and entrepreneurship activities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4 years of relevant experience
Specialized knowledge in engagement/partnership/alliance management or VC investment
Knowledge of early-stage debt and equity financings
Experience negotiating and managing licensing agreements
Familiarity with corporate governance and venture-related transaction documents
