Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of early-stage debt and equity financings
  • Experience negotiating and managing licensing agreements
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and venture-related transaction documents
