If that sounds like you, come join us, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Greet and guide guests to their seats, ensuring all service standards and SOPs are followed. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a coordinated and positive work environment. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service at all times. Engage with guests confidently, including explaining menus and set offerings. Provide basic troubleshooting support for minor technical or operational issues in the outlet. Process orders and billing accurately in accordance with established procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service. Perform additional duties as assigned by Restaurant manager. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry. Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the role.
