The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of mechanical craft workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities include selecting materials, cutting and threading pipe, mounting hangers, assembling and installing piping systems, and testing for leaks.
The role requires excellent physical fitness, the ability to lead a crew of 3-8 employees, and ensures compliance with safety procedures and daily safe start meetings.
