Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to Senior PAs and leadership, including diary management for Senior Directors and above, meeting coordination, and timely follow-up on actions to keep priorities moving.
  • Coordinate travel and visa arrangements for the leadership team, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries, aligning all bookings with policy while minimizing disruption and cost.
  • Join a high-performing, digitally savvy team that partners across functions to remove friction, streamline processes, and support bold ideas.
