  • Play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and financial performance of key routes across the Qantas network.
  • Lead beyond day‑to‑day revenue management, partnering closely with Network, Commercial, Digital, Operations and external partners to drive material commercial outcomes.
  • As Senior Manager Revenue Management , you will have strategic and operational accountability for managing demand and pricing / inventory for a defined portfolio of routes, ensuring these are optimally planned and managed to achieve the highest possible revenue outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Aviation Management or a related quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in Revenue Management
  • airline revenue management experience highly desired
  • Extensive knowledge of revenue management theory, systems and practice
  • Strong understanding of optimisation, economic game theory, price and capacity elasticity, and consumer buying behaviour
  • Strong understanding of airline network structures
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capability
  • Proven commercial judgement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability
