Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables
  • Solid understanding of Materials Requirements Planning MRP
  • Experience with Great Plains or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to interpret Master Schedule data

Nice-to-have

  • APICS certification CPIM or CSCP
  • Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems like SAP Oracle
  • Working knowledge of statistics and forecasting methods
  • Prior exposure to high-volume retail demand environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional decisions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years in manufacturing, repair, or remanufacturing environment
