Job Summary
The Studio Operations and Support Consultant provides engineering support and technical assistance to faculty and students on a variety of specialized audio technologies, software, and equipment.
Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, assisting users with technical issues, providing tier 1 and tier 2 support, maintaining facility protocols, and creating/updating technical documentation.
This role involves collaboratively overseeing studio assistants and ensuring the continuous operation of 32 recording studios and suites, which are in operation 22 hours per day, seven days per week.

Key Requirements
