Job Summary
The Senior Structuring Adviser is responsible for supporting the legal requirements of the procurement and management of fund launches and asset level structuring and/or transaction solutions.
Key responsibilities include legally supporting product development and innovation, investment activity and commercialisation across Real Assets for new Funds and existing Funds.
The role requires adherence to house policy, investment policy, specific regulatory restrictions and building collaborative working relationships with central support functions.
