Salary
Base: $80,000 - $100,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus opportunity available; Benefits: Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Pension Plan, RSP match

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience with SQL and Power BI
Distribution center operations experience
Lean Six Sigma methodology application
Material handling system analysis
Nice-to-have
Accredited Lean Six Sigma Belt certification
Previous fulfillment center background
Statistical analysis and Kaizen event leadership
Vendor management and procurement skills
Strong project and product management abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
Previous advanced experience in Industrial Engineering
Accredited Lean Six Sigma Belt preferred
Experience working with SQL and database reporting platforms
Onsite work requirement at London, Ontario location
