Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • At least 2 years in a senior role
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within an Agile framework
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
