Job Summary

• Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, assisting with communication, developing activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and assisting with resident assessments and discharge planning.
• The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for one year of experience in a long-term care facility, and involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, and pushing/pulling.
