Job Summary

  • Manage and deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements, ensuring the analysis is completed to scope and translated into clear transaction conclusions and recommendations for partners and clients.
  • For Senior Manager: Provide oversight over multiple complex engagements end-to-end, shaping diligence strategy and conclusions, advising senior stakeholders on transaction and SPA implications (pricing / structure / risk mitigation), and supervising delivery across teams and geographies.
  • Participate in business development activities; contribute to proposals / pitches and help convert follow-on work through strong delivery and relationships.

  • 2+ years in a managerial capacity
  • 7+ years of overall experience (Senior Manager)
  • 4+ years in a managerial capacity (Senior Manager)
  • Completed degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics
  • Professional designation (ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel and databook-based analysis
