You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and assist in staff training and development.
The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards while ensuring compassionate care and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.
