Job DescriptionConduct end-to-end diagnostic of non-dairy creamer formulations, production processes, and plant operations Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities across ingredients, processing, and equipment utilisation Analyse formulation-process interactions and recommend optimisation strategies for performance, stability, and scalability Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production challenges and improve output consistency Provide actionable recommendations on process redesign, ingredient optimisation, and production workflows Support implementation of solutions and ensure alignment with operational constraints and commercial objectives The Successful ApplicantStrong experience in non-dairy creamer or powdered beverage formulation and production Deep understanding of ingredient systems (fats, emulsifiers, stabilisers) and their impact on product performance Hands-on exposure to manufacturing environments, including spray drying and/or UHT processing Ability to connect formulation decisions to production efficiency, yield, and cost implications Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and engineering teams Practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently in a consulting-style role What's on OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact transformation projects with tangible business outcomes Exposure to regional manufacturing operations and cross-market challenges Flexible engagement structure with autonomy and ownership of deliverables Competitive consulting fees al
