Job Summary
Serve as a vital liaison for our Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) program, managing repairable core assets, warranty claims, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
Responsible for the creation of service and purchase orders, reconciliation of work in process, inventory analysis, and quote vetting for repairable core assets.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer service relationship with the US Army to promote good communication, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure all CLS program targets are met or exceeded.
