Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Operations Director will set the strategy and provide leadership and direction for Celeros’ HR centers of excellence globally, including compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, governance, and HR information systems.
  • This critical leadership role will ensure that the organization complies with regulatory requirements, supports all its employees across the business through seamless administration of the Company’s HR programs, and fulfills the company’s strategic workforce plan.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years' experience in a related position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Strong knowledge of US labor law
  • Working knowledge of international labor and employment law
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
