The Facilities Assistant will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, and purchasing.
Key responsibilities include administering contract services, controlling progress of office fitting-out projects, producing monthly reports, and managing vendor onboarding.
